According to the report of Rajshahi Medical College (RAMEC) Hospital, a resident of Rajshahi district died of corona while undergoing treatment. But that information is not coming in the report of the office of the civil surgeon. Such discrepancies have been seen in the daily reports of the Civil Surgeon's Office since the beginning of the second wave of corona.

Departmental Health Director. Habibul Ahsan Talukder said the accounts provided by the Civil Surgeon's Office in eight districts of the district were sent to the Health Department. Again the Department of Health presents the corona situation every day with the reports of all the divisional offices. Ramek Hospital authorities send the report to the Civil Surgeon's Office in the form of a report 24 hours before 8 am every day. However, the Civil Surgeon's Office did not accept the report and continued the calculation of the previous day, i.e. two days ago, as a 'last 24 hours' corona situation. These images have been seen by observing the reports of Ramek Hospital and Civil Surgeon's Office for the last few days.

According to the report of the Civil Surgeon's Office on August 23, four corona patients died in Rajshahi in 24 hours from the morning of August 22 to the morning of August 23. Ramek Hospital now has 240 patients. However, this information of Ramek Hospital is from the morning of 21st August to the morning of 22nd August. In other words, the old report has been published by the Office of the Civil Surgeon. The Civil Surgeon's Office said that the total number of deaths in the district was 269.

On August 24, hospital authorities said another corona patient had died in Rajshahi. However, this account includes the office of the Civil Surgeon one more day later. A report from the Civil Surgeon's Office on August 25 put the death toll at 290.

The death toll has not risen since the Civil Surgeon's Office's report last Saturday morning. However, the report of Ramek Hospital says that a corona from Rajshahi died in a positive condition in the 24 hours before 8 am on August 28. Two more died in the 24 hours before 8am on August 26. In other words, the Civil Surgeon's Office has not kept the account of the deaths of these 3 people in Rajshahi.
